There's not much references that can be used as a manual to root and unlock Hisense Pureshot Plus bootloader, this manual have been collected from some guidances and based on my own experience as well.
This guidance without using the PC, then all of necessary file have been downloaded and put in SD card.
1. Download and extract all of necessary file from link below
Hisense Pureshot Plus File,kingroot,flashify
2. Download and run Kingroot then download and run Flashify (better that you use the new version than the old one that i provide above)
3. Open flashify and choose boot.img from extracted folder on your android device.
4. Don't panic your gadget will reboot on TWRP mode.
5. Then install super su on your extracted android folder devices.
6. Then reboot
7. Move "mrw" folder to internal memory
8. Install "terminal emulator" then open the app, and type : su
9. Press enter to get root access, and Allow
10. Then type : sh /sdcard/mrw/root.sh (this step will remove kingroot on your device)
11. If fail, please rename "root.sh.txt" to "root.sh" then repeat step 10.
12. you get fail message on your device, ignore it and continue.
13. Now, you only have Super SU as your root application.

How to fix and resolve application/app not installed on lollipop
This is very simple way to fix error when install application apk on lollipop, it might be work on other android version;
1. Open "setting" on your device, then
2. Click manage "application" or app
3. then on the top right you will see "three vertical dots" icon, click the icon and
4. Choose "Preferred install location"
5. then choose "Let the system decide", if this option not work, choose "Internal device storage"
Finish.
There's other ways to fix this problem by using android "apk editor" application on Play Store, but i though it has same goal compare to the manual way above.
