How to see reader stats on Blogspot/Blogger for free

You can see the activity of your free blogspot. The visiting log of your viewer and reader can directly be seen by feature that provided by blogger. The Blogger content management itself allow to offers free in-depth visitor statistics for all blogs with the Blogspot address.
The statistics include number of visitors, time of visit, duration of visit and the geographical location of each visitor. You can also find out which search engines and websites refer visitors to your blog. Access free visitor statistics for your Blogspot blog by logging in to your account and using the "Statistics" feature.

You can follow this step below;

1. Sign in to Blogger. This opens your Blogger account "Dashboard" page.
2. Find the blog for which you want to view statistics in the list of all your Blogger-hosted blogs.
3. Click the "Stats" link under the blog title. This opens the "Overview" page containing the latest visitor statistics for your blog.
4. Click the date range buttons above the main statistics display to view visitor statistics for the last day, week, month and for all time.
5. Click the links in the top menu to drill down into specific types of visitor data.
You can select visitor statistics by individual blog post, by traffic source or by audience.

WordPress database error: [Can’t open file: ‘wp_comments.MYI’. (errno: 145)]

I'm not remember when i got this error message on my wordpress:

WordPress database error: [Can’t open file: ‘wp_comments.MYI’. (errno: 145)]

It’s not the first time. And i suppose it just because there were a lot of spam comments in my blog.

a few hour ago I solved quickly searching on google what the “errno: 145″ is. I found it is a database corruption problem. So, this is the solution:

At first, i try to connect SSH with OpenSSH or Putty application. But in my case, i use PUTTY to connect SSH. I sign in with my user and password.

Then in SSH shell i type like this:

$ mysql -u user_name -h host_name -p database_name

Obviously u have to change user_name host_name and database_name with your own.

Then, u need to repair the table wp-cooments, with this command:

mysql> repair table wp_comments;

U can open your blog, and see the result... I hope it works! Good Luck.

Bikin Label Animasi dengan Blogomous

Tulisan ini untuk melengkapi buku "Let's Go dengan Blogger" penerbit Elexmedia, jadi silahkan saja donlot kode di bawah untuk nampilin animasi label di blogspot.

Label dalam Blogger dikenal juga sebagai kategori yang berfungsi untuk lebih mengkhususkan tema-tema tulisan dalam blog kita. Fasilitas label ini secara default memang sudah tersedia. Tetapi boleh dong, kamu merasa nggak puas dengan tampilan label yang standar, kamu bisa mengubahnya menjadi animasi yang berputar-putar. Nah untuk mengubahnya, beginilah caranya (eits..jangan lupa untuk membackup template terlebih dahulu) :
1. Buka Edit HTML, dan jangan lupa centang Expand Widget Templatenya
2. Cari kode berikut
Eits...sori bro, tulisan ini berlanjut di http://asdani.blogspot.com/2009/02/bikin-label-animasi-dengan-blogomous.html disana juga bisa dilihat demo Tag Cloudnya lho.

Tapi ingat, theme Blogger klasik, kek dahanpinus.com ini kagak bisa pake tag cloud yang animasi. Bisanya yang seperti disamping kanan itu lho.. pake Technorati. Ehm kapan2, mungkin bisa sedikit saya jelasin..

Ganti Theme lagih! (ada hubungannya dengan teori warna)

Asli... saya itu penggemar warna putih; drum premier saya, gitar fender squirer saya, dan suzuki katana (dulu..). Tapi saya bosen putih terus. Makane saya ganti hijau, meski hijau juga warna favorit saya..hijau dan kuning! Lagian adem gitu, soalnya akhir2 ini migren sialan, sering menyerang mendadak, kek agresi serdadu Belanda. Jadi pas mau apdet blog, liat blog sendiri yang putih terang gitu...langsung suenut-suenut (alasan..padune males!)
Jadi maaf deh..biasanya ada seseorang yang langsung protes...(njih ngoten, pak ade?!); "gonta-ganti wae, sajakke mumet cah iki!". So, permintaan maaf saya khusus kepada pak Ade..(hehehe) karena mungkin terganggu selalu dengan pergantian theme ini.
Jadi Piss and Rispek yah..
